According to that topic, March 31st was the day of the first new post on the boards. People had started posting new topics on the Social Board as early as April 1st, but I haven't seen any non-Kenri posts elsewhere on March 31st.

April 1st was the day I started looking for a new domain name. (There's a poll on the matter as well, started on April 1st.) And, according to GoDaddy, I finally bought our two domains on April 3rd.
Given this information, it's safe to say that TFN was first up on March 31st, populated on April 1st (and 2nd, I suppose), and garnished with a couple of domain names on April 3rd. Depending on one's interpretation of "reinstatement", you could choose any one of four dates to call our anniversary. I personally think April 1st is the most characteristic of TFN in general, so I have chosen that.
And I own the place, so there. >_>
