And I pointed out pearl harbor an 9/11 because BOTH TIMES we where attacked first.
Yes and no. Pearl Harbor: technically, yes. FDR pissed off Japan enough to have them send a fleet to Hawaii. Did he order the ships to come? No. But he did have intelligence that there were Japanese carrier groups approaching Pearl Harbor and yet he ignored them. I have finals right now so I'm not gonna go out and search for numbers, but it was something like 30% of the population supported the US going into the war before PH and like 90% after PH. The US govt wanted to go into WWII. This is blatantly obvious. All they needed was an excuse and pissing off Japan by helping the allies and embargoing all US trade with Japan. There were tons of signs that PH was going down before it happened. Australia of all the sources even told the US that a fleet was coming towards PH and FDR ignored them. This is exactly was happened in my above examples with the Vietnam war and the 6-Day war. Read j00r history. It comes around and around.
And around as it did with 9-11. Which is hilarious when you read deep into it which I suggest you all do. I'm not gonna argue this point since you either agree with me by now or are going to mash me into the "OMG CONSPIRACY NUT" group.
Granted 9/11 probably could have been avoided if we had taken out bin laden back in the early 80's but they couldn't because he was at a hunting camp with the son of a allied country.

The who-sits? The Japanese Empire was only formally allied with the Third Reich after the Tripartite Pact, and even then the alliance wasn't particularly close. The Pacific Theater wasn't really related to the Euro-African Theater at all. The Japanese were very hesitant to attack the United States, but eventually economic/political pressure from the United States forced an engagement. It was inevitable: if not Pearl Harbor, then the Philippines.
Cause if so then we probaly would have been taken over by germany or japan.
Japan had no discernible intention of taking over the United States, Germany even less so. Both were having trouble controlling their own immediate neighbors, let alone North America.
Just like when we struck back after 9/11 if we didn't fight back we would have been most likey fair game for another country to try an take us over.
I'm having quite a bit of trouble making a connection between nineteen suicidal Muslims and the conquest of a nation of well over 300 million, an enormous cache of nuclear weapons, and the largest military budget on the face of the Earth. Help me out here.

9/11 could also have probably been avoided if we had, like, not funded so many coups in the Middle East, etc.
But he did have intelligence that there were Japanese carrier groups approaching Pearl Harbor and yet he ignored them.
