Topic Editing
Topic editing is a lot less exciting than message editing. Unless you're an editor (admins and level 43 users - this is a new bump for 43s) you can only edit the topic title, and though there's no record of edits at all (in contrast to messages, which leave a date and a user), you can still be modded for abusing this.
As with message editing, you have to be level 27 or above to have access. I don't think that's really a concern though. You can only do it to your own messages (unless of course you're an editor).
Linking Topics
You can now also use message settings to link articles to topics in Contributor Updates (or unlink them if you wish). If you're not an editor, you're of course restricted to your own topics. Any given topic can be linked to multiple articles; in theory, a linked topic will only be closed automatically when the last remaining linked article is withdrawn, deleted, or unaccepted - but I kind of lost track of some stuff while doing all this so this might not be entirely the case, along with a few other bugs I'm on the watch for but can't bring myself to actually test because, uh, you guys can finish this sentence for me.
