That's how my friend pronounces it. I tend to lean toward "pawn" for some reason.

P'w'n.

' stands for any given vowel, where the vowel is silent. Hence, the correct pronounciation is, indeed, "pwn". "P" as in "pool", "w" as in "win", and "n" as in "in". Pronouce pwn as puhwahihn, only very quickly and rather nasally, so the uh, ah, and ih aren't heard.

Make sure you never say it in real life, either, as you run the risk of a huge store clerk yelling "NEEEEERRRRRRRRDDDDDDD~!" and maiming you.

Kenri, you're not too great at this language stuff. In English, only the shwa can be used to bridge consonants in a morphologically illegal consonant cluster. Because 'pw' is illegal unless it is followed by a vowel, it is pronounced 'puhw', or poe. When preceeded by vowel, 'wn' is perfectly legal; and because the shwa is a vowel, we may tag an 'n' to poe, rendering poen, which is better transliterated as pone.

The great thing about being a non-native speaker is you can't blame my failure at English. :)
