Neon Genesis Evangelion, quite possibly the best and most popular anime ever made and almost certainly the deepest (although FLCL and Paranoia Agent both come close).

Sure it has meaning under all the insanity, but it isn't close to NGE.

Paranoia Agent is closer, and has Kozuka, Maniwa, and Lil' Slugger.

My official stance on DBZ is, "Just be glad it's not DBGT."

Coincidentally, I can apply that phrase to just about every other unpleasant thing in life with satisfactory results.

How 'bout I never liked DB*.

Witch Hunter Robin was pretty good, but I haven't watched to much of it.
Big O, Wolf's Rain, s-CRY-ed never seen.

Heck, on your list I've only seen Trigun, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Paranoia Agent before.
