As far as I know, I don't have the code for the shrines shop, so the only way this could return is if I get the original anotherFyre or TFN or whatever source. It is still possible I have that code, but I'm pretty sure I don't.
Custom User Level
Easily done. But I don't see the point. >_>
Mod Applications
I have no reason to believe this is not do-able, but I have plenty of reason to believe it is unnecessary or even a bad idea. You won't be seeing mod applications anytime soon.

I handle marks and suggestions whenever I see them. You have a 0% for both.
I'm a much more active user than you are.
And I actually earned my mod position legitimately. Your initial promotion was due to Ogor being nice and/or trying to screw with us, and your subsequent promotion was due to SOMEONE forgetting the moderator level hierarchy.
