Even assuming we knew what "bf%" was, how the hell are we supposed to know our own body fat %? I personally do not keep track of such things, and I imagine that most sane people don't either.

Also, that means your school either never taught a health class or is filled with retards. Or both.
THS I have only meet 1 guy in my life so far that knew what his bf% was and that is only because he is a amuter body builder. And 1-2 months before a show he would track his weight and calories,starch's,intake plus his bf. Now no normal person is gonna take the time to do that unless they are dieting.
....or want to know if they are at a healthy weight....
Besides, I'm not asking if you for the exact number. You can always approximate. But you all sound like you've never even heard the phrase before. And that's really depressing.

What's the point of having a career if you're 300 lbs and need a triple bypass....
At this point, my bus passed by without stopping, and so I had to chase it for 3/4 of a mile only to find out it was the wrong fucking bus that comes 15 mins before the 6:09 (it was like 6:17 then). In my pain and anger, I see this as an example of being in good shape - I would not have been able to make that worthless run otherwise.
I really don't feel like writing anything right now, so I'll end with: Fuck the TTA system.
