Due to the shortage of time, I can only work on one facet of TFN in July, and my progress in even that is questionable. Scum was my first choice, but the horrible state of disrepair in the contribution system has raised that as a potential substitute. The problem with Scum is that, though I've already written the engine, a functional version would require a lot of Javascript I don't, technically, understand, plus a lot of terrible work in layout design that I've unsuccessfully attempted to outsource to Tiger. The problem with the contribution system is that it's an endlessly sprawling project with no discernible beginning or end.
