This is what happened. The poll was not loaded by the poll queue, as that only happens when I load a page, and of course by the time I did that the poll already had several votes.
Also, this poll is clearly a Tiger poll.
EDIT: Actually, concerning when it will go to 409: the poll queue's counter doesn't care if you replace an old poll with a new one, so this one is just eating into the previous poll's time limit. 409 should be up tomorrow-ish.

The number jumped because all polls in the poll queue increment it. So the poll queue now has 409-412, and this was added to the database after those were, so it gets 413. The key is that IDs are assigned based on the order of addition to the database, not display order.

My message perfectly made it clear.
Tiger is a tool (The T can be replaced with an F as well) who thinks about nothing else, and as he's demonstrated before he thinks that "LOLOMG U NEVAR GIT LAYD BY WIMMINZ OMG LOL" is an insult he thinks is actually effective. So obviously, he's going abuse his mod privledges to jump the poll to one he thinks is "relevant" or "insulting".

Put another way, I believe you could view it as Ogor and I were answering "Why" the poll ID jumped ahead, while you answered "Who" caused it. They're related, but they aren't quite the same thing.

I tried to add to the poll queue but it said I didn't have enough credits. I had no idea wtf that was so I just added it regularly.
The poll was in no way was trying to insult anybody. I was actually surprised by the results. And I've been around online long enough to know insulting anyone is kind of pointless and retarded.
Well Tiger may be shallow and conceited but I wouldn't call him a tool - or a fool.

I was actually surprised by the results.
There was a similar poll like a year ago with basically the same results. Most people past age 20 are virginal for a reason, one unlikely to change within the space of a year.
