Picked it up during the Steam Winter Sale, along with GTA3 and San Andreas for $7.49.\ total.
It's funny how Vice City fits into the "5-10 years" category... Because it's original PC release date was May, 2003, while it's Steam release date was January 2008.
Edit: Also holy fucking shit the game is almost 10 years old
