| Level: 37 Advanced | Aqua Blue! ... Though it's charging right now due to a personal charge first, play later rule I follow... I also grabbed Rayman 3D... Port of a 12 year old game, that has been ported... ten-ish times, but I've never played Rayman 2, and despite a few flaws thanks to Ubisoft, I won't mind... That, and I couldn't bring myself to spend $40 on the two hour adventures of Steel Diver or Pilotwings... And I already have SSF4 on PS3 that I never play, so didn't want to play it on 3DS (I demoed it a couple of weeks back, and the 3D is great on it, it's a great game... but the frozen backgrounds are creepy). --- SIEG ZEON, dood! |

| Level: 49 Liberal Arts Major | Congrats on your 2-4 hour battery life. >_> I think the GameGear had a longer battery life then the 3DS does >_> <-> "What the fuck is Alice doing in Wonderland anyway? | Level: 37 Advanced | Pfft, that's why you just drop and go in the cradle! Hell, most of my game playing is done at home anyway near an outlet =P --- SIEG ZEON, dood! |

| Level: 49 Liberal Arts Major | That battery life is actually why I chose to forgo the 3DS and just get a DSi XL. >_> I play at home too, but usually where I sit and play there's no convienent access to an outlet. <-> "What the fuck is Alice doing in Wonderland anyway? | Level: 37 Advanced | Ah, well I'm doing the method: Never shut it off, and just drop it on the cradle to charge when not in use. Now... To wait for June for OoT >.< --- SIEG ZEON, dood! |

| Level: 43 Editor | Congrats on your 2-4 hour battery life. >_> I think the GameGear had a longer battery life then the 3DS does >_> Speaking as somebody whose first system was a GameGear, it really didn't. And it used six batteries for each charge. --- "There's a pony in the shop, but don't buy it. It might do something unfortunate to you." ~from the first Summoner's Seal topic |

| Level: 49 Liberal Arts Major | I loved my GameGear. If you didn't use crap batteries you'd get at least 5-6 hours out of those 6 batteries. >_> (Vs the gameboy that had like... What? 15 hours on 4 AA? Vs the GBC that had a whopping 18+ hour battery life on TWO AA) <-> "What the fuck is Alice doing in Wonderland anyway? | Level: 43 Editor | Man, I'll have to take your word for it. I just remember the battery life on that thing being absolute trash, especially given the number of batteries it used. There's a reason I owned the outlet adapter and the car adapter for that thing! --- "There's a pony in the shop, but don't buy it. | Level: 49 Liberal Arts Major | If you're using high end batteries (Energizer) you would get about 5 hours out of it. >_> Trash batteries would be lucky to last 2. <-> "What the fuck is Alice doing in Wonderland anyway? | Level: 37 Advanced | Game Gear was my first handheld too... Eventually I gave up using batteries, because you know, you had to buy them. On the 3DS front -- I had a hell of a time getting WPA working with Pokemon Black, but... That's resolved now <.< --- SIEG ZEON, dood! |

| Level: 41 New Moderator | Dear gosh, the battery life is that bad? Maybe I'll wait for the next 3DS version. Not like I can't get the games I want without the system. --- "That was pretty interesting. But dropping a warship on me is cheating... Take it back!"-Id, Xenogears |

| Level: 37 Advanced | See that's the issue, the battery life is kind of weak, which is exactly why Nintendo includes the cradle. The idea is to drop the 3DS on it whenever you aren't using it, so it is always charging. --- SIEG ZEON, dood! |
