1. Ogor attempts to fix an error, and does so, except he fixes it so well the function is processed for every character, turning everyone into a level 1 Lich.
2. Ogor mentally *facepalm*s.
3. Ogor discovers his only backup is a comprehensive INSERT backup from Saturday, rather than a limited UPDATE backup from, say, yesterday.
4. Ogor mentally *facepalm*s again.
5. Ogor decides to write a script that extracts and reformats whatever slightly outdated information there exists in that backup.
6. Ogor then takes that information and enters it into the database.
7. Ogor comes here and talks about himself in the third person like some sort of highly-trained idiot monkey.
So, long story short, all your characters now have the same level and class they had sometime two days ago. It's not all bad news, though: as is customary when I leave out a WHERE clause and end up deleting whole teams or purging the items table, I have given everyone a special "woops" gift - in this case, 3000 gold; additionally, I have added a level 1 Dragon Knight item, which can be found in whatever shop may or may not exist in field 45.

Well, I didn't lose TOO much progress. Luckily my people in the tavern weren't affected, so I just have to...
Raise Kenri from Level 162 to 200.
Raise Mewtwo from Level 160 to 200.
Raise Al from Level 68 to 100 or so.
Raise Gene from Level 65 or so to Level 200.
And somehow make Gene not a Level 1 Lich.
...
