Marshal's Mount attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 223 points of damage.
Istvan attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 0 points of damage.
Oboro attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 43 points of damage.
Kenri attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 231 points of damage.
Queen Kraken was killed!

Note how it never got its second action. <_<;

That means one of three things:

1. You wasted a crapload of points upping your speed.
2. You have an uber-ninja.
3. You're lying.

Considering my ninja with around 400 SPD is still slower than the Queen Kraken, I'm inclined to think 3, personally. >_>

Temari attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 0 points of damage. Kaolla attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 132 points of damage. Ino attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 50 points of damage. Rioushu attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 206 points of damage. Queen Kraken was killed!


That's every battle I have with the Queen Kraken, with Temari an Kaolla switching off positions.

BTW:
Rioushu: Lvl 8 Warlord
Attack: 258
Defense: 144
Magic Attack: 57
Magic Defense: 39
Speed: 104

Temari: Lvl 21 Ninja
Attack: 35
Defense: 24
Magic Attack: 24
Magic Defense: 29
Speed: 119

Kaolla: Lvl 7 Commander
Attack: 184
Defense: 172
Magic Attack: 58
Magic Defense: 83
Speed: 24

Ino: Lvl 7 Marshal

So something is definitely wrong with your ninja not getting first strike.

QK has 95 speed, no more, no less. This means it's not getting an attack in, period.

And Kaolla should not be switching speed positions with anyone.

Also:

This isn't a good indication of anything, because Negate deleted everything before Queen Kraken's speeds was even calculated.
