Weapons: For the Archer Class, maybe one more Bow between Steel (L14) and L25. And then, weapons for the advanced classes.
Armor: Anything really, although weapons and spells are cooler, so this is less important.
Spells: Triple Shot would be awesome. As you see, Double Shot is awesome, so this can only be better. >_>
Ninja:
Weapons: Some kind of weapon for the Ninja Class other than the Butterknife. I mean, that's the only weapon it can have for that whole class. >_>
Armor: Again, Weapons and Spells are cooler.
Spells: This is actually quite all right.
Weaver:
Weapons: Maybe a Staff or two for it and its upgraded class.
Armor: Like the above, but also with the standard armor thing I've been saying.
