That was interpreted as:
Either delete all temporary characters on the opposing team;
and
Delete all allies on your team.
This is because the sections are "temporary + opp. ally" OR "your ally".

Armageddon is the global form of Holy Edict, in that it erases all summoned monsters in PvP. In the standard game, it simply erases all monsters in the battle. Higher-level versions of Armageddon will have additional effects tacked on (like Swiftstrike has that poison stuff) once I think of one that's flavorful.
2. Is the no Gold/EXP from it intentional?
Whenever a spell automatically kills/erases a monster, unless it does so by figuring the remaining HP of that monster and damaging it with that, the game's cleanup functions remove that monster before the exp, mny, and item drops have a chance to be calculated. However, if a monster died prior to the big explosion, and you don't feel like killing the rest, you can cast Armageddon and get the exp/mny/item from the monster(s) you did kill.
3. ...What the hell happened in that PvP?
I have no idea.
EDIT - The summon_demon() problem has been fixed, by the by. I think, at least. The demon itself may still be faulty.

However, regarding the back-ups. Something weird has happened.
1. They're out of order (Not really that important [Orig order was Jade - Natalia - Tear - Luke])
2. Luke has like 30k more EXP than Natalia and Tear
3. Jade is now way behind them, obviously.
4. When they mass leveled up, it did give them the bonuses to HP/SP, so Tear who was at like 1020 before the Armageddon Glitch has like 400.
The HP/SP values should be on that one picture of my field on Turn 1, as for other stats, they're also messed up badly, but I don't see much remedy to that even with the allocation points.
I guess my solution would be:
1. Set the HP/SP Values to what that one image has
2. Try and get it so they have the same EXP
3. ...I dunno about the other stats your call on what to do there, if anything.
