[1] The spell weakens stats.
[2] The spell is powerful when the other guy is at, say, 10/15 HP.
[3] The spell is less powerful when the other guy is at, say, 14/15, or 15/15 HP.

Backstory:
I'm in a battle with a whale and a turtle. My team is Kenri, Popeye, Istvan (currently a warrior), and new girl.
I'm laying the smackdown on the turtle and basically ignoring the whale. The whale gets a lucky shot off with Pillar Rain and kills Popeye. I say "AW HELL NAH" launch an offensive against the whale. It runs. I decide to try to kill the turtle with Istvan.
Problem?
The game seems to have forgotten he exists. I select Berserk, click submit, and it doesn't even recognize that he's in the battle.
Island Turtle cast Harden Shell! Island Turtle's shell grew stronger!
(New girl) attacked Island Turtle, dealing 0 points of damage.
Marshal's Mount attacked Island Turtle, dealing 0 points of damage.
Kenri attacked Island Turtle, dealing 0 points of damage.
See?
(New girl's name is a secret because I like secrets. >_>)
I try again. Once again, the game ignores that I'm using Berserk. SP is not consumed. I try a few more times. Still, nothing.
Finally, I was able to break the cycle by attacking normally with Istvan (it did 0, but meh), after which Berserk worked normally. Still, wtf. o_O

That looks fine, right? Almost. The code is obviously supposed to be asking if $stand['lookup'] is equal to the string "Fimbulvinter", but it doesn't do that. Instead, it makes $stand['lookup'] equal to the string "Fimbulvinter", such that no other elseifs in the chain will ever execute. That's obviously wrong, so what's the right way to do it? Let's see if you can spot the change.

It's not that ridiculous, content-wise... But I'm far too lazy and PHP != C++. I also don't know how/why I would implement professions and talents.
I'm just annoyed as hell that the class I'm using is getting completely snubbed.
That's true - all four of your classes have been snubbed, with the exception of maybe your EM, which got Volley Fire. However, the items and spells I added most recently, with two exceptions (Rekindle and Nature's Wrath, for a class that's gotten absolutely no spells and has been available since day one), were items and spells that were made by other people. Take it up with them, I say.
