You can only change your Necromancer into a Lich at level forty. Special classes - classes which require separate NPCs to get - are more restrictive in this case.

Ok how the hell do I do that? shock can't be learned by a necro, I don't know where to find blaze or douse or smash? I'd like to become a arcane knight but if not I'll take lich but I don't know how to make him into a lich and I have lvl 40.

Ideally, you'd take one of the basic classes, go through that class, then change to a Necromancer.

Only solution for your party characters is to delete and remake them, but for your main character...?
Luckily, I helped out with Beta Testing, so I got to make a custom item. The Twilight Bracelet is the only actual way in-game to reset your main character. You'll just have to ask Ogor if you want to reset. <_<

Yes, I'm happy you brought this to my attention, because you're the first person who's ever wanted to be a Lich and thus you uncovered a major flaw in the file that manipulates special classes. In other words, you couldn't become a Lich previously because the system was screwed up.
Your Necromancer now become a Lich by talking to the Old Haggish Lady in field 137, provided your Necromancer is level 40 or above.
As is I don't know how to make my dragon knight become a dragoon.
Dragon Knights don't have any class to change into for the time being. >_>

Nothing has really changed since Arcane Knight was added. There are three new basic classes, however; if you don't know them, they are:
Bard/Dancer [by sex] -> Magician -> Jester
Apprentice -> Blackbelt -> Doshu
Tamer -> Beastmaster -> Transfigurist
Currently only the first two have any spells or items worth paying attention to.
