Basically anyone I know moderately well who posts here semi-frequently is eligible for a cameo. Just fill this out:

Name: (Try to keep this somewhat close to your username, we want people to actually know it's you, right?)
Race: (Basic races are all here - human, elf, goblin, merman, angel, devil, etc.)
Class: Pick one.
Other: If you want a special weapon/armor or whatever, put that here.
