Excessive Flaming
Insulting other users beyond a certain level is not tollerated. As said before, the use of SPI/RI is grounds for harsh punishments. Some examples:
Ok: You are stupid. Shut up, you moron. Go to hell. Fuck you.
NOT Ok: Go fuck yourself. Go kill yourself. Your mom screwed three guys last night.
Note that trolling in a similar regard (inciting flames) is prohibited. This also includes posting false information as fact. (Allowed in a humourous regard)
Also note that insults need to be directed at a user/(the majority of users) to have an effect... therefore if I were to say "OMG, you watch Naruto, so you're a loser." it's not OK. "IMO, anyone who watches Naruto's a loser." - would be ok, as long as it is not on the naruto board.
What's the difference between "Fuck you" and "Go fuck yourself"? I mean, it's basically the same thing. Granted, no one enforces the ToS anymore anyway, but to whoever wrote it.....wtf?

Not quite the same, right? Fuck you in (1) means "I don't want to talk to you you piece of shit", whereas go fuck yourself in (2) means "I would throw a party if a vulture swung down from the sky and began feasting on your entrails right here on my doorstep". It's the difference between "I don't want to talk to you ever again" and "I want you dead".
