On a side note: That 10% Gold/EXP barrier makes me cry. Winter Krakens and Queen Kraken don't help for levels anymore and my party gets screwed just because Lynx is a Paladin. >_>;

No, no, your party members still get the full EXP. Until they go third class, that is.
The barrier is there to prevent you from going back to things you can OHKO when you're a third class and farm huge quantities of exp.
