So the Marshal's Mount doesn't... err... work.
1. It says you need to be level 12 to equip it, but you can equip it at level 8.
2. Its name doesn't show up. For example, when you rename it, it says "You have successfully renamed your !" I'm guessing this is because of the apostrophe.
3. I'm fairly certain these stats are not correct:

I just used Hellfire on a Winter Kraken and it did 0 damage. That NEVER happened with Blaze, no matter what the Winter Kraken did.

You are guessing correctly. Indeed, with the exception of the level problem, the Mount fails due to a lack of madd apostrophe-handling skills in the code.
I'll fix this problem shortly. By which I mean "later". By which I mean "not now". By which I mean "I hate apostrophes". Etc.

Hellfire is actually much weaker than Blaze. It just does a whole lot more with Submerge or Enflame in place.

A quick fix (I assume <_<) is to just rename it. "Marshal Mount" has the same effect.

Also, here's a suggestion for a hybrid class. Since the "Dragoons" we have seem to be more towards the military variety, how about if we make a Dragon Knight class that occurs if you go Pikeman -> Warrior?

As for spells, they would mostly consist around Jumping Strikes. Like the first spell would be Jump which hits once, then Hyper Jump which hits twice, and Dragon Dive which hits three times and the SP increases with each updated Jump. This explains why most of the weapons/items increase SP to parallel the Paladin's HP boosts.
