(a) Don't give herbs to tavern people.
(b) Make herbs worthless.
(c) Make herbs unsellable in user shops.
I'll be doing (a), most likely.
I vote (b) - Herbs, along with every other 'basic food' item (obviously not, like, caviar, if it's added for some unholy reason), are worth 1 Gold each if you sell them.

(Which actually should have happened a week ago, but getting the website to function took way more time than I had anticipated, so that update was never written.)
