Question.

Isn't Respite supposed to block all physical attacks the enemy uses? Because it just failed miserably.

Where are these new, stronger enemies? I wish to test my newfound strength against them, as I kill the Winter and Queen Krakens but still cannot kill Poseidon. <_<

Queen Kraken cast Ink Shade, but it had no effect!
Alexander Kenton cast Respite! All forces were momentarily pacified! Melonchiol prepares for an attack.
Lynx attacked Queen Kraken, dealing 173 points of damage.
Quistis Trepe cast Shock on Queen Kraken, dealing 118 damage!

Lynx's hit was with Rage.

Well, if for some reason your Warrior were faster than your Cleric, Respite would cancel Rage. As it is, Rage creates new attacks after Respite resolves. >_>

Well, my Warrior IS faster. My Cleric is now a Soldier and my Warrior is a Weaver.

Weaver Speed: 20. Thanks to the leggings.

Soldier Speed: 6

Anyway, Scapegoat seems a lot more beneficial. Since my Soldier/Cleric has 140 DEF and 140 MDEF.
