Even toned down, it's kind of like giving him Kyoji Mujo's White Trick and Black Joker. It'd be broken beyond repair when combined with what he already has. >_>

Kyoji Mujo wasn't THAT broken.

He couldn't even scratch Kazuma's 3rd level alter, so it's a fair bet Ryuho could beat him, and he would have lost to Cougar (level 2 Alter) too if he didn't have outside help from Kanami. Even Jigmarl could have probably beaten Mujo; Jigmarl's alter seemed to be a plot device that was only vulnerable to a very precise cut at a very high speed (Ryuho).
Kazuma = Ryuho > Cougar > Crystalized Alter (auto-regen ftw) >= Jigmarl > Mujo

I'm well aware he wasn't broken in S-CRY-Ed, which is why I said nothing about him being so in S-CRY-Ed. I said the Jester Class with those abilities you listed plus White Trick and Black Joker could very well be in this game due to the abilities of White Trick and Black Joker. Nothing there has much to do with Mujo aside from those being skills he used. >_>

This spell is ridiculously vulnerable to enchantment destruction, and the additional cost is pretty expensive, so 150 SP should be sufficient. Maybe even 100 is appropriate.

Yes, I'm going to lower the cost there. Only a team of four Jesters could break that spell, but a team of four Spiremages has the same effect on Divert, and that only costs 15 SP.

I'm sure he probably does. I'm only a level 10 Paladin and I'm still wondering how all of my stats are that low when I've been following a specific plan of distribution. The max HP on him is 262, so I'm sure he probably can.

Yes, but:
Magical Hats is stupid.
Baptism Through Light and Darkness is essentially ritual magic, in which case you should add Knight's Title as well, and in which case it'd be hard to find a way to apply it here.
Miracle Restoring is lame.
Philosopher's Stone uses DMG. I think.
Thousand Knives is valid. I missed that bad boy.
Anyway,
Dimension Magic special summons a monster and kills some sap in exchange for a sacrificed spellcaster.
Magician's Circle summons a spellcaster with ATK < 2000.
Diffusion Wave lets a high-level spellcaster attack everything on the other side of the field and negates everything that dies for 1000 life.

All I said was that I'd make a Necromancer item and as stated next to the price.. Necromancers aren't inhibited by the 10% EXP and you brag about your levels all the time anyway. That's why it's requirement is so high. I think it's perfectly reasonable. Now if you wanna say, "That's because you're not using Necromancer." don't bother. My Soulshaper is going to be one once I've played around with that class a bit.

Last I checked, Jade has 460ish HP. Which means he needs about 100 more to avoid being butchershoppified on the first turn. I'm fairly certain Oboro could own him too, as Chakra Flux + Stealth is ridiculously broken. Even Wanda might be able to take him if the horseman class tree had some spells. <_<;
Now Kenri and Emma Watson... I screwed up with them. I had no idea wtf I was doing with Kenri, and I'm not sure how I screwed up Emma, but she takes hits like a prepubescent schoolgirl. Jade would take both of them out easily, I'll give you that.

Even without the boost, it's annoying as hell to level up in the 70s, which is why I've basically stopped playing until we get Marutin back or something that serves his old purpose of being outside the restriction.
Now if you wanna say, "That's because you're not using Necromancer." don't bother. My Soulshaper is going to be one once I've played around with that class a bit.
