It's been there for a while.
At any rate, Deathpulse makes any targeted attacks rather counterproductive, and Darkblast can kill something before it can even attack you, so I don't think Necromancers are particularly vulnerable.

I was going to make it 300 partially as a joke because 30 is 10% of 300. Be glad you got 130. >_>
Even without the boost, it's annoying as hell to level up in the 70s, which is why I've basically stopped playing until we get Marutin back or something that serves his old purpose of being outside the restriction.
Maybe so, but still. You're already at 70, it's not that much farther compared to 300. Look at it as the glass being half full. Hell, you'll have something to help you get there when Ogor adds the other items I made. Skull of Ratha is rather good if my memory serves right.

Problem is, I've noticed that higher speed doesn't necissarily mean first move. My attack order like sto randomly change during battle every now and then.

Yeah, considering the Excalibur II, a level 40 Paladin weapon is arguably almost tied with it. >_> The justification for it between a level 130 weapon is simple though. The EXP barrier. >_>
Which, in case you didn't get the other side, I was thinking it was made to force other players to actually care about some balance and HP so that that wouldn't be a weak spot, when in reality, all it does is encourage the Fighter to mass ATK (and perhaps in theory - SPD) and forget everything else.
I was doing that for a short while when I was raising Lynx, before I started giving him some DEF/MDEF. More proof that spell is kind of slightly broken.

Luke has -85 SPD. I win easily. Tear has 70, and I think Popeye has around 60, so yeah.

That's probably because there are two kinds of spells:
- Standby class
- Standard class
Standby spells - counterspells, healing spells, other such things - are always cast before other spells and before attacks.

It's balanced in the regular area because it doesn't give you experience or gold, but in PvP it's probably just stupid, if it can even be used in PvP. I will have to remedy this.

No kidding. When I made it, I was under the impression that it would be rare if a character got to their second class in less than a month, and thus couldn't accumulate stat points very fast (hence I believed that it wouldn't work 90% of the time).

My suggested fix for Butcher Punch:
Name: Butcher Punch
SP cost: 75
Cost: ?
Level: 10
Tier: Warlord
Description: Transforms the enemy into a butchershop.
Effect: If caster's ATK > target's HP, OHKO to target. Doesn't work in PvP. Has a 10% chance of backfiring and transforming the caster into a butchershop instead. Does grant EXP/Gold, though.
Changes it back to what it was originally supposed to be - a novelty spell.

Butcher Punch should be fixed in terms of EXP/Gold. Apparently setting the target's HP to 0 causes the damage function to create a reward. >_>
