This is the internet. There is no place for a story like that in this particular environment. Especially considering the fact that this man was paralyzed and one of his first acts after learning how to manipulate a robot arm was Pong or drawing circles. That is not acceptable internet behavior for a man who finally has a usable hand.

I rate this a 2/10 for being on the internet. An 8/10 if it weren't. >_>

It's not Starcraft, but he's still a hero for playing Pong as one of his first things to do.

Well, if you think about it..

It's not your actual hand. So it technically wouldn't be self manipulation. The only real problem is if the hand decides to go Terminator on you.

People could actually be programmed or fed enormous quantities of information possibly without even engaging higher level brain activity. This would change how we communicate think directly at your friends instead of speaking, learn in your sleep, remember perfectly - your memories could be stored off line on some external device. More importantly, it will affect how we interact with our environment.
