This is so there actually is an "Attn: Silvas" topc. You know, just in case someone needs help and wants your attention...

Disruptive posting is defined for moderation purposes as doing things that stop the flow of activity. These include posts with mass bumping, multiple blank posts, multiple pointless topics (except on social), 'censor bypassing', or overuse of 1337 will be deleted.

Does the bolded area apply to topics only, or does it apply to posts as well?
