Getting 100% is for lamers, by the way. I think my final score was 4:17/48%, which I'm perfectly fine with.
But where the hell were the Metroids? You fight ONE Metroid in the entire game! Why even call the game Metroid anymore?!

In fact, I barely even consider Metroid Fusion a Castleroid. It's more like... Action/Horror. There's way more emphasis on fighting than in previous games - nearly everything will attack you as soon as it sees you, unlike in the other Metroids, where only Space Pirates and Metroids did that. >_>

Fusion was an "Ok" game, but broke what made Metroid fun for me. The whole take your own path thing. As you may remember, I wrote a review for this on here a long while back. >_>

Yeah, but I played the whole dark world/light world thing years ago when it was called LttP. And back then stepping out of a bubble didn't damage me.
Plus, more emphasis on the morph ball = no thanks. I know a lot of people like the morph ball, but I find bomb-jumping incredibly annoying. (Even if I was insanely good at it in Metroid: Zero Mission.)

I hate the map in this game. Seriously. And using select to switch to missiles is annoying when you're used to just holding R.
But other than that, fun.
