Snape = God
I mean, he was already unbelievably awesome, but he became ****ing epic there.
Battle of Hogwarts was good, but Battle of Hogwarts mkII was epic.
Final Confrontation was done much better than I expected it to be.
Would have liked more of an epilogue than we got, but meh.
I'm just happy my Harry/Ginny shipping was victorious. H/Hr = Lame.

The Hallows themselves were completely unnecessary, and so a lot of the book seemed quite unnecessary, but the end was awesome.
The book in general was unnecessary. It was like Star Fox Adventures - horribly disappointing continuation to a great series mainly due to a departure from everything good about the previous games/books and way too many tedious fetch quests.
Battle of Hogwarts was good, but Battle of Hogwarts mkII was epic.
Screamed pointless filler to me. Plus a lot of it made NO DAMN SENSE. Even before the "okay everyone in the school is crazy invincible to magic now, lol!" thing.
Final Confrontation was done much better than I expected it to be.
Honestly, what was the point of it, though? Harry had to mess around for like 8 pages, playing with Voldemort's head, instead of just killing him straight away like he should've.
I'm just happy my Harry/Ginny shipping was victorious. H/Hr = Lame.
What they really should've done is just come completely out of left field and had Harry end up with Luna. Now THERE'S a fictional relationship worth reading about.

Throwing a new one out every 10 pages is a great way to make your readers hate you.
There were plot twists? I must have missed them, what with all the cliches.

Exactly, what was the point of the Hallows, anyway? Now, if Harry had needed all three to survive Voldemort's death spell, sure, I guess that would have worked. But Dumbledore, or Dumbledore's ghost, or maybe just some sort of drug-induced hallucination of Dumbledore explained to Harry that he survived because of Voldemort's obsession with other people's blood.
Which means the Hallows were completely pointless. Good job, Rowling.

Seriously, though, that battle was epic and boring at the same time: we got a vague sense of epicness without any of the exciting fine details. I suspect this scene will be superior when put on film, although if the OotP movie is to be used as a benchmark for epic wizard dueling greatness, this scene will end up underwhelming in any medium.

This. Not only are we subjected to a remarkably long speech in which Harry unveils Rowling's latest deus ex machina, we're also informed that the great and powerful Voldemort is finally killed for good when a highly-advanced unblockable spell is blocked and reflected back at him by an elementary-level wand-yanking spell that doesn't reflect things. I suppose this ridiculous scenario was necessary to maintain the "killing is bad in any situation" message while still killing somebody.
What they really should've done is just come completely out of left field and had Harry end up with Luna. Now THERE'S a fictional relationship worth reading about.
I would have been OK with no epilogue at all, personally. It was all disappointing fanservice.

So, after reading some commentary on LL, it appears that no, Harry didn't reflect Voldemort's spell with Expelliarmus; he had complete control over the Elder Wand and somehow it decided to kill Voldemort instead of Harry.
...Right.
Also, the reason nobody died in the "second" Battle of Hogwarts is that apparently Harry made a Lily-esque sacrifice for them all and imbued them with the impenetrable Power of Love.
