It sucks loosing a pet that was a member of the family. I know I have had to bury all 3 of my dogs first the one that actually belong to me I had to bury him in 2000, then in 04 had to bury his mate, then in 05 had to bury the last one. Top that off with all the other dogs and cats I have buried I'm surprised it still gets to me. I can't stand to bury a dead baby kitten though that just breaks my heart.

We decided to have her cremated as that way we can take what's left of the body with us if we ever move.

I am the same...Except for immediate family (Sister, Father, Mother)

But grandparents and stuff.. I don't cry or anything, but if my dog died I would probably, maybe, been around 6 years so far, and it has awhile left :D
