Well in between that time from saying starting right bout 9am till bout 2 hours ago(8pm) it was just almost 1 storm after another an several having rotation i.e. quick spawn an fast dieing tornado's and twice my county was under a warning,lucky my city never got hit. I just plain out am scared of the damn things.
I have always had a fear of them, but ever since hurricane ivan rolled through in 04 and we actually had a couple briefly touch down almost in my backyard. I have been extra scare. So thanks tropical storm fay why don't you go suck a fuckin cock you fuckin bitch ass tropical depression.

It had not fallen out for 6 months and I was gonna start benching again when the MMA group that I joined sent me an email and said they were meeting this Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Monday, my shoulder popped out while sparring. Pain wasn't too bad, but 6 months did shit now and I couldn't bench anymore. Then my shoulder fell out during the night and that hurt like fuck. Couldn't move my arm all of Tuesday. Wednesday I had a weightlifting class and my teacher dude told me an exercise (that was pretty much HT in disguise) to help with the shoulder. It felt so good that I went and did reverse flies. It ripped out. Painfully. I had never had it pop out during flies, yet it always felt weird. (About a year ago, I had it pop out while benching and I had a n00b spotting, so all that weight fell on my right wrist and fucked it up for about a month.)
So, in conclusion: I can't grapple well due to this (I still will, but my left shoulder is a weak spot for locks AND I can't use my left arm for anything. Otherwise I would have no challenge fighting anyone here though, so w/e <_<). I cannot do the best and most basic weightlifting techniques without incredible pain. Sleeping hurts. Being awake hurts to when I move my arm the wrong way. But I've gotten to a point that I've hurt myself so much that I don't really react like a normal person would to pain anymore, which is bad when I really hurt myself and will not get proper care. On top of that I also have two needles in me and a pager-sized insulin pump, which restrict things like swimming, grappling again, and just random things that come up, and my blood sugar can randomly fall due to diabetes. Speaking of diabetes, I can't live alone because during the night, my blood sugar goes raging wildly, so I'm fucked if I sleep alone.
And I am pretty much at a horrid disadvantage to life. <_< At least more than most. I can't complain since there are tons of people out there with bigger problems than that. And there are tons of people with no problems that cry like little bitches about everything. In a perfect world, people who don't use the things they have to the fullest extent will have it taken away and give to people who need it, be it monetary things or body parts.
Speaking of which, that one Hungarian olympic dude that failed the clean and jerk and tore out his shoulder cried like a little bitch. I would link you guys to it, but I can't find an actual video on it anymore. It just has lame-ass picture shows.
