I quit doing pull-ups 6 months ago since I got weird headaches right after doing them (like REALLY painful in one specific spot). Back then I did sets of 5 with 60lbs and could do about 30 with no weights. Since then I gained another 10 lbs (I'm 195-205. Varies constantly) and I could only do 14.5, although this was right after an upper body workout. So now I need to get another 10 reps in 5 days. <_< And actually it's 3 days, since I need Sat/Sun to rest before I do it for real on Monday (midterm is Wednesday).
