THEY FUCKING REPACKAGE USED GAMES AND SELL THEM AS NEW GAMES.

Wow. What faggots because this explains SO FUCKING MUCH.
When I bought Viva Pinata on the 360, the case was damaged, the bottom right corner was cracked. It also lacked the smell of a new game, and there was dirt on the case INSIDE the shrink wrap.

All used game stores do this.

At least Futureshop has the decency to repackage them. Every time I go into GameStop and see that they have opened games marked new, I have to resist the urge to set fire to the store.

Then those "new games" that have been opened must just be a mistake. That keeps happening. With no attempt made to correct it.

I can't speak for GameStop. But, it doesn't happen at the EB Games here. They only give you Used if you specifically ASK for Used.
