| Level: 49 Liberal Arts Major | I've been pretty bored. So, I've been messing with my legos. And this is what I made: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothFinal1.JPG Frontal view: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothFinal2.JPG Rear view: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothFinal3.JPG For scale: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothScale.JPG That is the Mammoth Tank from Command & Conquer: Red Alert. Probably the biggest thing I've ever made out of legos. It's also the heaviest. I shit you not, but that thing weighs AT LEAST 2-3 pounds. As an added bonus, 3 pics of what it looked like before it was finished: First version: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothAlpha.JPG Second version: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothBeta.JPG Third version: http://www.angelfire.com/yt3/kodan/Others/MammothGamma.JPG I took those pics just so I could compare what the final thing would look like. When I build something with legos, I pretty much grab ANY piece I can get, which forms the first, rough version of it. Then I slowly start to modify it and add on the correct pieces. <-> Violence is like duct tape; it fixes everything. |
