| I believe consensus is Carl is the absolute bottom tier (least HP [only 9500], and most difficult to master).
I tend to play as Noel, because I like her (and not D-spamming >.<). I just wish I was better at chaining combos, so I must practice much, much more.
Albeit, I need to work towards finishing Story Mode.

| Watched a Noel D-spam 2 perfects over a level 30-some Ragna.
Was probably the most hilarious thing I've ever watched.
Given up on Carl, though. Lost to a Bang who had never played before. Kind of upsetting, but guess I'll stick with Ragna.
